Here is a dyno sheet from an old shady dell build off of moparts. A 434 inch pump gas W5. 713 hp at 6600 rpm. Not a taxi engine but streetable for a hot rod.
This engine makes 1.42 lbs-ft per cid for most that's above their abilities.
If the torque per cid was kept the same and torque % at peak hp a 410 would have made 713 hp 6980 rpm. Torque per cid gonna greatly affect the powerband higher it is the less rpm needed. Most 408-416 are making around 1.2-1.3 tq per cid 490-540 ibs-ft, a 540 lbs-ft tq peak making 90% at peak hp = peak 650 hp @ 7025 rpm.
