Stop in for a cup of coffee
Hah! If only! I have threatened to do that a time or two. I do however wear a Buscadaro drop holster hand tooled. It gets a lot of looks with my SIG Legion with Red Dot tucked in it! So as some on here know I compete quite a bit as a sponsored shooter, well when you win a State Title or two the vendors want you to wear their gear and they offer it to you at a price you simply cannot ignore. By same token then they advertise six State Champions this year were using our product. Implying of course that if you use their product you too can become a Champion. Well anyway for the most part most modern defensive pistol classes stipulate no leather holsters due to safety aspect since there is a lot of holster and reholstering throughout the day. You need a rigid formed holster that will not fold. But I love leather (Karl?). So I got to my leather guy with a Kydex holster that I have taken a dremel to and asked him to encase it in leather. He is like WTF? I then explained it all to him and he fabricated one for me. It turned out great! I wear it when instructing as it puts the load on my shoulders vs my hips all day. The grubby looking grip is the result of my addiction to using rock climbers chalk on my hands when shooting!
