Another brisket fail for me, well timing wise anyway. It's near 7 and my son needs to hit the road so daughter is bringing home take out on her way back from work. Brisket finished stall awhile ago but is only at 176, 13.36 pounds before trimming, shoulda started it earlier. Wife has "grandmas beans" in a pan on top shelf, saw it on DDD (Guy Fieri).
