Stop in for a cup of coffee

First one is always the scariest cook. That's a spendy piece of meat. It looks delicious. Wrapping and resting is the key I think.
I sure haven't had much luck with them trying on a propane grill. I think I'll start next one super early since you can put them in a cooler up to 4 hours, then I'll know it's rested and it won't be done at midnight!!!
