I need to get my Azz away from this computer and get Andy's yard mowed. I got the garden in yesterday. I need to figure out how to get water back there. Thinking a pull cart behind my rider with a 55 gal plastic barrel with a spigot and a hose. The outside water spigot is on the front of the house almost 300 feet away. I don't want to mess with hoses every time it needs water. If I was rich I would have a line trenched in but it needs to be 4' deep
so it's below the frost line. or I would have to dink around draining it every fall.
275 gallon, food grade IBC tote, they’re about 100 bucks used, can get from a variety of places. They are used to transport everything from milk to pickles, to apple juice. They’re anti-microbial so nothing will grow or stick instead. Wash them good with dawn dish soap.

Then haul back there, fill it up , use the included valve when needed.

If you want, set it up on concrete blocks and it’ll typically put out enough pressure for you to use a sprinkler.
