Watch that if you’re ordered to do it is one thing if you volunteer different rules for the employer by law. Look into it see if it changed. Title 10 and 32 have two different rules.

“Company will pay up to 26 months (52 pay periods) military leave pay for Reservists and National Guard soldiers on state or federal military orders of all titles. Exception is members who enter a full time, none US titled position: EX: A member who takes a military rated technician position. Pay will be equal to 100 percent the service members full time pay based on 40 hours a week for hourly pay employees or the full time salary for salaries exempt, minus deductions. May be used in increments of 8 hours.”
