I wish I was 185. I'm 5 10 but about 240. The heavier I get the less I want to do and the bigger I get. :BangHead: :BangHead: :lol:

I used to be 250... went keto and lost 60+ in 4 months... i'm out of control at the moment though.. just had 4 white castle cheeseburgers for lunch
Been hanging in the 215-220 range for a long time. Was up to 260 at one time. :eek: Really need to get under 200. Like way under would be best... No doubt my legs would thank me. Some recent changes. Slow progress. My biggest problem has been I get motivated, do too much, then can't do anything. :BangHead: Moderation and stay on it I guess.
