Stop in for a cup of coffee

Been hanging in the 215-220 range for a long time. Was up to 260 at one time. :eek: Really need to get under 200. Like way under would be best... No doubt my legs would thank me. Some recent changes. Slow progress. My biggest problem has been I get motivated, do too much, then can't do anything. :BangHead: Moderation and stay on it I guess.
Routine...gotta get head-down and stick to a specific time each day. Otherwise "life" enters and you're off doing whatever.

There's a reason the military sticks with a 0630 Physical Training schedule. You just get used to it.
