Well, I guess he's got an excuse since his heritage is from Myanmar. " He " would be my last tenant. But, I would think a Lieutenant Colonel in the army should know better. Apparently stepped on the PVC tubing in the pool house and broke it. Then tried to seal it up with who knows what tape. LOL. Spent a few hours today fixing the issue for my new tenant. It would spray a shower everywhere inside the pool house when you were trying to run the pump. I removed the old automatic chlorinator since we never used it since the pool was new. No, I do not like plumbing any better than anybody else. Lol.
