Stop in for a cup of coffee

I am just not satisfied that we would have been better off had we simply hired a Contractor and let him build the house. While I am certainly a strong advocate for DIY it is killing me. Plus we still aren’t moved in. We are now caulking and painting trim. I refuse to move in with the attitude of let’s just get moved in and we will paint it later. I know exactly how that would turn out. Yep ten years later still not done! Hah! I got hot water heater wired up yesterday and commodes set. So at least we now have hot water in the house. I am not looking forward to laying in the dirt all day splicing in all the French drains. I have it mostly laid out and the Tees and splices laying at point of use. Gonna be a long day.
