Got you beat. A few years ago I ruptured my Quad tendon. Surgery and rehab took a total of about 3months. Never used crutches had a walker. If the tell you rehab and p/t do it. I hate crutches too. have to many stairs in the house and was afraid I kill myself. I wish you a safe fast recovery.
