I'm assuming that they finance that deal since I don't know many people that have that much cash laying around. Lol. Now hear this. There are no retirement or old folks homes in Vietnam. It is their culture to take the older people into the home until their end day. Whether that is the spouse of the person, a sibling, a daughter or son, or any other family member. I think it used to be like that here maybe a hundred years ago. No, I ain't going to no old folks home. Kkkkkkkk
