Rear quarter support brackets?
Yes you need those parts. Here's where they go..................In the tail panel pics, those small square pieces are the extensions of the support that goes between the frame rails. Take note of the welded joints..............The 6 verticle ones are the main support welded to the frame rails, and you can see the extensions welded in as well. Hope it helps.
BTW................AMD produces the extensions as well.
