Fell out of the attic and broke my foot

Definitely helps when you can plan/anticipate your landing. I was hanging out of the attic access hole blindly trying to touch my feet down onto the ladder. Stupid me doesn't have a tall enough A-frame for the attic. Everything after that happened pretty fast, but somehow my feet missed, and down I went.

I don't think it would've been this bad if my foot hadn't caught the bottom rung. But it did, and tweaked my foot in a direction it didn't wanna go. Apparently, I did some damage to the drywall too?
