To answer your question... no. Cam timing will not effect compression from one bank to the other. Did you CC the heads? Are the heads the same part number? Deck height the same? Same head gaskets side to side?
Didnt do any of that. It's an existing build that I purchased. Different deck heights make the most sense. Thanks. It's not much of issue, just found it odd.
