67 Barracuda Door Seal

Hello,

Installing the trim and door seals, I removed them all 5-6 years ago, I think I got it in correctly, not sure though,

How does it look?

What do you do with the extra seal on each end?

Think I need to get the trim moved out for a tighter seal on the window as it is barely touching.
