Top part of inner fenders

I will check the pieces on the car I'm cutting up for scrap. I believe both sides are in good shape & I will post pics. of them if you want, but it probably won't be cost effective to buy them & have them shipped over to you from the U.S. Shipping will most likely be 10x the cost of the parts.
Can you also tell me how far down on the inner fender would be acceptable?
