I would love to hear what she has seen. While the catalyst can certainly be argued, the radical shift in victims metric cannot. Regardless of reason it has changed the landscape for rehab. It would take someone way smarter than me to sort it out. In essence a discussion I would love to hear, but not take part in due to my lack of knowledge in medical arena.
