75 dart swinger fuel or ignition issues?

75 Dart Swinger 318 ci ,340 cam, aluminum intake ,holly carb ,starts ,drives fine. When coming to a stop wants to cut off but starts right up. After parking and turning engine off and sitting for a few minutes cranks but won't start. Wait 10 minutes and will start. If you use starting fluid fires right up with out waiting. New fuel filter, ignition module, new fuel sending unit.
