Stop in for a cup of coffee

As many of you here know, I have been to Vietnam many times in the last 6 years. And I am married to a Vietnamese woman. Vietnam attracted me because my father served there between 1968 and 1969. On my first trip to Vietnam I went to Nha Trang where he served with the 15th SOS. The 15th SOS supported the MACV-SOG teams that operated over the fence. Since my first trip to Vietnam I've been interested in the MACV-SOG teams. As a lot of you know this information was not available until just a few years ago about how we operated outside of Vietnam during the Vietnam war. When my dad returned to America, I knew he was in the ****. Because he gave me a Sog knife, and a very nice machete that the mountinyards made and gave to him.. I'm wondering if any of you ex-military guys ever had any contact with ex Sog guys during your career? @Sublime one , @WV64Signet , @ZMan67S ...

Met several of them, but they were all retired by that time. I didn't join the community until the early 90s.
