74 duster front or rear bumper weight with inner structure and 5mph brackets

Was wondering if anyone knew around about figure what a 74 duster 5 mph bumper weighs with the inner bumper structure and bumper brackets (shock style)...needing to get a weight to try to get shipping quote.....front and rear if possible...any help is much appreciated..thanks, Will....also any shipping advice is appreciated..
