Stop in for a cup of coffee

I get to go in and see shoulder surgeon today. Looks like some more titanium in my future. Probably should have quit doing overhead military presses at fifty years old. I switched to the smith machine with lighter weight in an effort to control motion but I really think I did myself no favors doing overhead work.
