Hi! stripe question

Please remember these cars were massed produced and stripes were printed in the day using compasses not computers to make originals. You can buy many different OEM stripes and they are slightly different from one another. When you purchase an OEM stripe that is old please remember the color has faded in the box unless it has been kept in an Air conditioned enviornment. In addition, longitudanal stripes can be very challenging and should be applied carefully. These stripes were put on by the manufacturer in less than hour when they were produced so many cars will have different body lines where the stripes were applied.

We use OEM stripes and artwork to produce our kits.

We are a small family business that has a passion for assisting people with restoring their old treasured cars to original appearance. We receive many Thanks from people for even making stripes and decals with proper vinyl for these old vehicles, CAST AUTOMOTIVE GRADE 2 ML VINYL and silk screened.

Are you trying to say the OEM cut these stripes out by hand? Not the way they were made. They needed hundreds per day! They were die-cut, and unless the OEM had a bunch of dies made by a troop of monkeys, they were all identical. If you happen to find OEM stripes 50 years later, of course they will vary due to storage conditions and possible vinyl composition variations.
