Stop in for a cup of coffee

Good morning boys and girdles. C\_/ I'm going to pull a "No backread Friday" here. Whether you are a Michael Jackson fan or not you should have a look at seat prices for MJ The Musical touring the US. I was shocked. I could probably take a bus to Vegas and catch a pretty good imitation performer on the sidewalk for less than orchestra level seating in the local theater. That would be The Peace Center in Greenville, S.C. My daughter and I saw "This Is It" the movie when it came out. I have it on blue ray disc too (confessing I'm a fan, more his dancing than his singing maybe). I hope to hit the lottery someday. I'll see a Broadway play actually at a theater on Broadway.

Dang, I have that on DVD too. One of my all-time favs. Wife and I enjoy quoting small bits from certain movies and shows. She asks, "Got your keys?" or "Got your wallet?". My reply, "Yep, and this lamp, and this ashtray, And this rickrack, and this, I need this." She knows without turning to see, I grabbed my crotch right there LOL
If I could only see one Broadway play live, it would hands down be…..Phantom of the Opera. it is simply amazing, we have gone to the theater for years and have seen many many plays. One very overlooked venue is your local University. There will be a school theater group and they will put on a couple of productions a year. The cost is very affordable and they sure appreciate the support. They are a lot of fun. Check it out and I bet you will have a blast!
