Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I saw your mentions of the rocker stand issue on another thread, then someone linked this one. I'm very happy to hear that Mike won't even sell a geometry correction kit anymore unless you correct the stands first! Just a shame I had to be one of the guinea pigs. 4 months before you made this thread in 2021, this happened to me. Broke my rocker shaft in 2 different places and made a mess inside my valve covers. I'm lucky nothing else happened and all it took was a new shaft and new geometry correction kit (plus dressing a couple valve tips). Could have been much worse... but it sure made me HATE Speedmaster for taking NO accountability. I opened a case with them, but they don't care.
