It's a box for loose powder, not fixed ammo.

Pulver is powder in German, plus I beleive that's the waffen

Kaste is "throw" in Norwegian.

"explosiv vara farglit" may be Swedish

So we have German words, Finnish words and Norwegian words and possibly Swedish.
