Oh, they would argue in our Liberal court systems that it wasn't locked and parts were open for display in a public setting. Likely our fault for not posting it "do not touch, get in, eat on, drool, etc on this vehicle" or something like that. Like all the damn warning labels nowadays. They have more rights than the owners. A company i used to work for had to remove the razor wire on top of the perimeter fence because a thief could sue them if they got hurt while breaking in/trespassing. AYFKM????
