Valve springs

What valve spring for Mopar Performance P4120231. It Is the 284* and .484 lift with 1.5 rocker arms. I will be running 1.6 rocker arms which should be .516 lift. I'll be using j heads but will be going to aluminum heads if the 10.9 compression is to much for cast iron heads. I don't see any formulas online to select valve springs. Thanks
