1965 Dodge Dart 270 4 Door Sedan
Slant Six. 225hp.
In good condition and runs well. Current registration and inspection. Currently driven at least once or twice a week.
Mechanical restoration completed. Interior looks good but needs carpet and headliner. Paint is decent but could be redone if you’re looking for a show car. Complete receipts from all parts and work done.
Head/valves renewed at River City Machine shop in White River Jct., VT.
All of these parts are new: Distributor, plugs, points, condenser, rotor and cap. Ignition coil. Fuel pump. Timing chain, camshaft gear, oil slinger, harmonic balancer and crankshaft gear. Complete brake job with new shoes, wheel cylinders, master cylinder and parking brake cable. All belts and hoses. Windshield washer tank and pump. Battery and cables. Alternator, voltage regulator. Ignition resistor. Horn relay. Transmission shift cables (2). Speedometer cable. The radiator was flushed professionally. New thermostat, new cap, temperature sender and fresh antifreeze. Oil pump. Water pump. Aremco remanufactured carburetor, gasket, fuel filter and air filter. Ball joints and tie rod ends. New radial tires. Wheel studs and nuts. Great sounding Cherry Bomb muffler. Body trim pieces, hubcaps, window sweeps, sill plates, trunk seal, defroster hoses. Other miscellaneous parts.
Windshield is a bit fogged around the edges but passes inspection. The rest of the glass is fine. Speedometer needle wiggles, so the head likely needs repair since the cable and drive gear are new.
All exterior trim and badges are on the car. New dog dish/poverty hubcaps.
I've put my heart into this car, but now have too many projects. Finish the interior and you'll have a very nice classic car.
