Stop in for a cup of coffee

I had a putty platt ?? done in 1986. Left shoulder. Kept popping it out of joint. I dealt with it for a few years until finally I gave in and had it fixed. Stan Levine that orthopedic surgeon for the Washington Redskins at the time did it. Was very painful operation and a long rehab. But I'm sure they already told you that. Now I think the repair is degradating because I have some pain in the left shoulder especially when I do pull-ups, dips and overhead work with weights. So I have stopped any shoulder and chest and arm exercise for a few weeks. Really pisses me off.
A right shoulder problem here seperated it three times. My shoulder workout has become light weight high reps.
Usually 20-25 pound weights 20 reps x 4 sets. Pushups either angled using a bar off a smith machine or off my knees going really slow.
Both seem to show good results or so I'm told.
