I got away from the mechanical ones years ago. Blew even a copper line once so it is all electronic now. Work just as well if you get a quality one.

Something to think about, hmmmm. Maybe I will do the same thing, had a line blow on the 64 Chevy, I didn't install it , but I could look into a light. Any preference men ??
