I had a banana so I can take my meds with 3/4s of a bottled water earlier, stopped eating breakfast Monday morning, wife did to, we have got to loose some wait, my 3 weeks of being down socked on 11 lbs.. I will be on the treadmill as soon as she wakes up again this morning.
Hey Mike, the body sometimes takes a pause when losing weight for several reasons. The main one is calorie intake just eat small and regular. Make sure you're eating enough calories daily based on your activity level and drink the water.
Wife and I have been watching what we eat now for seven months a lifestyle change and have both lost over 40 pounds. :thumbsup:
