I used to do IF, i would eat breakfast at 10am then eat dinner before 4 and then nothing between.... cutting carbs is easier but IF is a good way to get into keto and used to eating differently.. on keto i could eat like a PIG non stop and i lost soo much weight i had to stop 5'10" went from 220>156 and looked like i was in a camp.. felt AMAZING Though.. insane energy :)
