Stop in for a cup of coffee

yeah.. what pretty much happens is if you cut out carbs.. which you don't have to get nuts with, in a few days to a week you will find you don't get cravings as bad.. less hungry, plus your body will start dropping weight without you doing anything other than eating better...

Easy way.. NO BREADS... drop the candy bars or anything full of sugar (i'm a chocolate junky and it's an issue) Pop/Soda (soda is the wrong word but some of this country is weird) are horrific for sugar response and cravings especially.

When i cut carbs then go back on carbs/sugar the difference is horrible.. non stop cravings.. always wanting something sweet and i feel soo much worse and have less energy.. It's the first few days that are hard is all.. I used to do it by thinking "This thing i'm putting in my body... good for me or not?" then make the choice... sometimes i win.. most i lose :)
Also chips, fries, fast food. biscuits and gravy, etc... Just a change of mind set and agree after a week to 10 days it will be the norm.
Remember the weight didn't go on overnight and it isn't going to come off overnight either.
And when you're losing it comes off top and bottom first and works to the middle. So your gut is the tail end of your weight loss.
It is a great feeling though to lose the first 10 and start to see a difference.
