Just a thin coat of black RTV between the head and spacer, then a gasket between the cover and spacer. And use studs, not bolts. Install the studs, put RTV on, thin, then slide the spacer over the studs, then RTV, thin, gasket, RTV. Tighten down. No leaks for me....
