As weird as it sounds a lot of Cemeteries do loans and give very competitive rates.
Think about it . I know of a few here that do. Once they sell you the hole in the ground they invest those monies in loans. One of the group I was investing on larger properties has two older Cemeteries. He is like 3rd generation. Makes serious money.
