NOS Small block SFT Camshaft

I bought this as a spare. Could use the $$ for better priorities.
I have found very limited info but what I have read, General Kinetics are/were a good cam.
Measured base circle, 1.2500" lobe 1.5560. Redneck vernier measuring.
ID marks 1149 A6M -292-R
K57 CWG
No lifters
A thread i started, looking for info.
