Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morning Monday warriors and all the rest of you retiree misfits.
Weekly weigh in day. It's been two weeks since I'd had a loss finally had some progress. It gets tougher at the end to lose weight. Your body based on your build, and other things has a natural set point of what your healthy ideal weight is.
I go in this morning for A1C blood work. When I started my weight loss the first of the year, I was 7.5 A1C. That was my wake up call never been that high before. By March I'd loss 18 pounds and down to 7.0. July I was down another 14 pounds and dropped to 5.9 A1C. Now I'm down another 12 pounds and hope to be anywhere at or below 5.7 and no longer be considered diabetic. For those who might be type 2 or know someone who is they can make a change like I have if they just focus eat better and get some exercise.
Just had all bloodwork and such done this past week. She said I'm golden. My A1C was only 5.2, and cholesterol levels all good. Don't know how....I can Eat anything I want and Drink all I want. I better stop bragging here before I push my luck....
