All that's needed with the 78030 header swap is a torch and ball peen hammer. move the steering column neck back and manual steering.
I wouldn't think twice about using them again.
There have been some guys report that those headers drop in the 67 and up cars. Most say they had to ding here and there, but they are obviously close in any case.
