Contemplating getting one. The 590A1 is a heavy (milspec) barrel, so less recoil. 18 1/2", so not as heavy as a 20". Wouldn't get a Shockwave, need to control what I'm shooting! I was still under impression semis not as reliable as a pump, I may be wrong. I like the 'deterrent'/fear factor of the pump racking, also...can't help it!
