Mismatch numbers on the rod cap on the next to last photo? Once I see that I have a hard time trusting the rest. If you're not going to dive into it, at least run it on a test stand before you go through all the work installing it.

THat's why you do this kind of stuff instead of throwing parts in a bucket.
