Just getting things setup for next season. I don't want to drive halfway across the country with the engine running around 25 hundred rpms

I get the idea but mistype on the number? ?? Should be around 3000 rpm at 65 with 3.23 and 215r70-14 With 3.91 I'd expect 3000 rpm at 55 which could get annoying.
