Stop in for a cup of coffee

Matt a cool thing keeping historical landmarks like this alive for the future generations. I've been to sites like this before and it always gave me an appreciation for what they did and the hardships they endured. Thanks for what you do!!
It was a big part of my life. Really never thought I'd be going back again. This time is a bit different. Sadly the living history aspects are gone and frankly its shocking to see what has happened since I was last there (2003).

Amazing piece of history, military headquarters back in the day, like it!
The map of outpost postions in that booklet illustrates that well.

Although not as symbolic as Valley Forge became, Morristown was a more important base of operations in pretty much every respect. I think it also is more relatable and relevant today. The war is entering its fifth year with mounting problems and falling enthusiasm. Its a complex war spread over the entire eastern seaboard, western lands, and beyond. I could go on but coffee is getting cold! Just like the winter. ;)
