Yes! The bolt holes need to be enlarged, the bolts should have a good amount of RTV on there threads to prevent oil creeping up and out spilling on the intake, milling/grinding the angle of the pad where the bolt head sits when tightened down is helpful.
My buddy Mike on my ‘73-4spd Cúda w/4.10’s. We are doing a little tweaking on the initial set up.
The intake is a little RPM limiting. Ignore it and just have a blast with it. You can not port it out to the larger head port size. You can maximize it only so far. It’ll rip.
I used all Edelbrock stuff. Linkage, fuel line, air cleaner, twin 600’s & of course, the intake. It sat up top a .030 - 360 with KB-107’s at zero deck and Edelbrock heads for a 11-1 compression.
The cam was a solid flat tappet Comp 294S, rockers were a Comp 1.5 roller rockers. Hooker Super Comp 1-3/4 headers into a 2-1/2 exhaust.
