I did a brisket in my little Brinkman charcoal smoker at work one Friday for a Christmas party that night. Started at like 03:00 before the rest of the rockheads got in. The aroma really started getting around. By the time it was time to take it off the fire and go home, I open the lid and I'll be damned if 1/3 of it hadn't mysteriously disappeared :lol: The rockheads paid for that little prank for quite a while :rofl:
