Edelbrock make both AFB style carbs and AVS style carbs set up as a pair (primary and secondary) for use in a progressive 2 x 4bbl set up. They are targetted at people buying their in line dual quad manifolds for small block Fords and Chevys (and a different set for the Chrysler big block RB inline 2x4 manifold), but other than the linkage adapter that they sell, they should work fine on a small block Mopar. That's what I'm planning to use on my D-66 for my 318, because they come in 500 cfm carbs.
I've been running a dual quad crossram on my 340 using two 500 cfm Edelbrock Performer carbs (AFB style) for many years and they work great, but can't successfully be set up as progressive because the right carb feeds the left bank and visa versa. If these two carbs are more than enough for that engine at WOT, then theoretically they should be plenty for a 340 or 360 at WOT in a progressive set up since (if set up properly) both 500s would be wide open then, too.
