Finally got some sleep last night and am feeling 100% better and back on track. I was dragging *** yesterday and was not motivated to do anything...................

The early darkness has been a bonus for me. 9½ and 8½ hours last two nights.

Fluid on my elbow finally down enough to start weight training again. I hate starting over after a 2-week layoff. Sore again. Ugh
