Looking for a template for cutting out the underneath side of a trunk lid of a duster for a wing mounting support

I have not cut the hose yet. I got the pictures with measurements from a fellow member on here. The problem I have is when I got the car somebody had already installed the wing and they were off with the measurements about an inch or so coming down the deck lid so it throws the mounting underneath off. I have to address that.
