Looks like a 64-65 shifter plate. What car is it going into? Shift rods look like 68 up so that is probably your problem. I don't know of anyone reproducing 64-65 shift rods.

65 Barracuda. I ran it by Brewers and you are right, it is a 64-65 shifter.
