Here's how they cook fish most of the time in Vietnam. It tastes really good. I see that they have gutted it first. But the delicacy part of it is the head. They will eat the head and suck all of the whatever is in the head out while they're eating it. Kind of gross. I just pick at the sides and get the real fish meat. Lol View attachment 1716170147
Dang that one looks like it would bite back, weird *** looking fish! I've had fish head soup, Mauritians made it for me, they filleted my Ulua or Skipjack and all they wanted was the head and carcass, made a great soup (invited me for dinner)
